Manhattan Condominiums Project Update

Construction at Manhattan Condominiums is continuing to move forward quickly with more than half the buildings in the development already complete.The response from residents who have already moved in has been very positive. The following will update you on the progress of your building and the development as a whole:
Building Completion:
Buildings 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 are complete, with residents moved into many of the units.
Buildling 2: We anticipate receiving the certificate of occupancy for Building 2 and closing units between the end of December and mid January.
Building 6: Building 6 will be ready for closing in early February, 2007.
Buildings 8 and 9 are expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of April, 2007.
If your building has not yet closed, updated closing information specific to your building and unit will be sent prior to your anticipated closing date.
Common Areas, Amenities and Services:
Landscaping: All of the planting has been completed around the Clubhouse, in
Central Park
, and around the courtyards of Buildings 1, 3, 5 & 7.
Clubhouse:The Clubhouse is now open, offering extensive fitness facilities, the business center, conference room, lounge, kitchen, and theater room. Reservations for the conference room, lounge/kitchen and theater room are on a first come, first served basis and may be made at the concierge desk. Management offices are also located on site at the Clubhouse.
Pools: The pool house and Clubhouse pool are complete. The pool at Building 6 will be completed after Building 6 is complete, in the Spring of 2007.
Tennis and Basketball Courts: The tennis and basketball courts are under construction and should be complete by January 15, 2007.
Concierge:The
Manhattan
concierge is now on site. If you have not experienced the services they offer you may be surprised at the range of things they can help with. From key holding to dry cleaning pick up to more typical services like show tickets and restaurant reservations the concierge can assist with just about anything.
